1. 严格根据课程安排充分备课，并根据教学计划，完成IB, AP或剑桥大学考试委员会ALEVEL等国际课程相应学科的双语教学任务；
To develop lesson plans according to the curriculum, and deliver IB/ AP/ A-level classes in both English and Chinese;
2. 提高学生在各类国际考试中的学科得分能力；
To improve students’ results in various academic competitions;
3. 积极参与学校和教务处组织的各种教研、培训、讲座等活动；
To take an active role in all kinds of activities such as teaching and researching/ training/ seminars organized by the school and the department;
4. 随时为学生做好本科目的答疑；
To answer students’ questions;
5. 对学生学业水平和学习潜力进行阶段性评估；
To assess and evaluate on students’ current academic level and potential growth;
6. 负责本班级学生学习和生活上的所有支持性事务。
To engage with students with a wide range of student-related activities
