1、Photography
- Create day-to-day photographs that reflects the ethos of the College
- Publish and distribute created works to press and internal teams
- Provide creative support and services to all internal departments
- Produce logistical photography such as ISAMS, class/form/house and whole school photos
- Establish Photography Club and conducting weekly photography training workshops as part of the Co-Curricular Activities programme to all pupils and staff of the College
- Manage the photograph database to ensure easy access of all photographs to press and internal teams
- Colour correct raw files for print and digital use and save in multiple formats and resolution
- Review copyrights for Wellington pupils/parents/staff and community usage

2、Videography
- Create video footage that reflects the ethos of the College by filming school events, interview with staff/ parents/ pupils, etc
- Edit the videos for internal and external communications purposes
- Work closely with third-party vendor to ensure high quality and on time deliverables on all post productions
