Detailed Description
The Supply Chain Analyst understands Procurement and Materials Management processes such as the information flow from supply plans to PO's to material infeed, build, and ship.
The candidate must be able to successfully manage business relationships, resolve conflict, drive requirements, communicate internationally and , negotiate.
They must be able to manage many variables and data to make something meaningful in order to identify or solve problems.
The candidate must be able to lead meetings of a cross-functional nature (minutes, assigning AI's, follow-up, decision making).
They must be able to manage conflict and lead the team effectively, lead to team to drive to meet deadlines, phase gates and achieve goals.
Help the team to set up development goals and drive proposals, processes, and results.
Job Requirements
Have relevant management experience and BA/BS degree preferred.
