Responsibility岗位职责:
Receive, answer and direct all incoming telephone calls, greet callers in a professional and courteous manner; take and forward messages as requested;

Screen incoming calls; forward to and inform the correct party as appropriate;
筛选来电,并恰当的通知及转给准确的人员;
Maintain current telephone listings and coordinate service changes;
维护电话列表和协调服务变化;
Provide general secretarial support to professional and management staff as needed, assist in clerical work in the office as requested in order to address administrative needs in the office;
根据需要,为专员及管理人员提供日常的秘书支持,按照要求协助办公室文员工作,以解决行政管理的需要;
Assist supervisor and team in coordination of special assignments as requested;
协助主管及团队按照要求完成分配的工作和任务;
Greet, receive, screen and direct visitors to the office, inform the appropriate personnel;
接待和引导访客进入办公室,并通知适当的人员;
Provide routing information for visitors in order to maintain BITZER\'s public image;
为来访者提供路径信息以维护公司的公众形象;
Send, receive and distribute faxes, mails and electronic messages to office personnel.
发送、接收和分发传真、邮件及电子信息给办公室人员。
Qualification要求:
Bachelor or equivalent;
本科或同等学历以上学历;
Professional telephone manners and techniques;
具备专业的打电话礼仪和技巧;
Professional human interaction skills;
专业的人际交往能力;
Familiar with office software;
熟悉办公室软件
Knowledge in English and fluency in local language (verbal and written).
有一定的英语能力,普通话标准(口头及书面)。
