Answering any incoming phone calls and operates the switchboard.
2、 来客来访接待工作
Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately
3、 公司信件、快递等的收发、统计等工作
Receive, sort, send out and record daily mail and parcels;
4、 办公区域报修维护,与物业建立良好关系
Office working area repair and maintaining, establish good relationships with the property
5、 日常行政费用的统计汇总
Records daily administration expenses and related detail information.
6、 日常行政支持,订餐、订票、订房等;
Office daily administrative support; meal ordering, hotel, transportation booking by request
7、领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
1. 熟悉前台工作流程,熟练使用各种办公软件及办公自动化设备
Be familiar with receptionist daily work process and procedure; Knowledge of MS-Office (Windows, Word, Excel, etc) and OA equipment & system
2. 主动积极、细致耐心,具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力
Self-motivated ,detail oriented,good interpersonal and communication skills, and well organized.
3. 性格开朗,相貌端正,待人热诚,请附近照
Pleasant and outgoing personality with good appearance. Pls attached your photo.
4. 日常英语口语沟通能力;
A good command of oral English
5. 一年工作经验+大专以上,条件优秀者可放宽条件
1 year + of working experiences and college or above degree is preferred.
