Whereas Client Success team brings Meltwater's best ideas, innovations and capabilities to the clients to match their business goals and to drive greater business value, the overarching goal of Client Success Analyst is to ensure client retention and expanding its service as well as client satisfaction of diligent client portfolio. Successful candidate will be promoted to Account Manager with the breeding ground of this client facing role within a fast-track of career training and development.

Reporting to the Client Success Manager in Shanghai office
- You will be responsible for assisting the entire client life-cycle, including but not limited to client on-boarding training, client service adoption, report delivery, client enquiry as well as renewal procedure.
- Collaborate with Client Acquisition team to align new clients' expectation, provide total customer care solutions, onboarding services as well as training to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with senior managers and C-level executives and assure high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate with regional Client Growth team to identify expansion opportunities and expand the network and bonding with existing client pool.
- Handle client's enquiries via the ticketing system and follow up with the Client Insight analytical team on the report services to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Tracks feature and product requests for review and follow-up with internal technical department
- Develop strong business acumen to effectively advise clients across many industries and business lines
- Occasional travel to client's site for meeting and training
