Responsible Area: CS Operation Process Management and Performance Management
· Operation Process
ü Standardize and optimize the operation process in China CS
ü Provide the daily operation support to Shanghai and Beijing CS Managers
ü Resolve the operation issue with 100% compliance
· CS Performance
ü Monitor CS performance periodically and provide the analysis to management
ü Solve the problem to improve the performance

OPERATIONS RELATED COMPETENCIES
Process Management
Ensure the CS operation to comply with Brand requirement and CS standard
Develop, maintain and manage the CS Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
Coordinate with Regional Office for the new operation process implementation
Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve the operation issues
Performance Management
Manage the monitoring and reviewing of CS Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and other indicator related to performance
Provide periodical analysis report to management
Solve the problem to improvement the performance
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement the initiatives which support the improvement and simplification of CS operation activities
Standardize and optimize the CS operation process between Shanghai and Beijing
Project Deliverables
Play the change agent role in the projects which aligned with CS Development such as Supply Chain Integration, System Upgrade etc.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Technical Expertise
Bachelor degree or above with an education of business management/statistics in a renowned university
8+ years of working experience in the operational position/continuous improvement position within a multinational organization
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities
Change management in the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, PPT)
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin / English
