Coordinate the HC approval process including AOP and turnover.
Maintain, promote and evaluate recruitment related channels such as internal referral, internal transfer, Zhilian and 51job, etc.
Responsible for hire engineer level positions including JD clarification with hiring manager, resume screen, candidates evaluation, recommendation to related BU Leader, Offer negotiation until new employee on-boarding.
Maintain FEV talent pool in an efficient and effective way.
Make recruitment related data analysis reports and submit as required.
Develop and maintain an useful interview guidance book.
Support FEV campus program.
Coordinate and participate external job fairs.
3+ years solid HR recruitment related working experience, automotive industry and head hunter working experience is a plus.
Familiar with recruitment process, tools and interview related knowledge.
Bachelor degree in English or Human Resource related specialty.
Good English skill both written and oral.
Business acumen, Good communication skill, well-organized, team work spirit, positive attitude, sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
