• Manage communications with partner schools, companies, and non-profit institutes and organizations;
• Develop new relationships with schools, summer camp organizations, other educational agencies;
• Build relationships and connections with colleges to create new study abroad programs;
• Work closely with the rest of the Highland Education team to develop products and marketing goals;
• Create and run marketing strategies to recruit international students for summer and student services programs;
• Schedule and run sales meetings with clients;
• Create and execute a plan for foreign teacher recruiting;
• Provide communication between branch companies in China and USA.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related degree;
• Two years working experience, preferably in marketing or international education;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred;
• Interest and experience marketing and working with international companies;
• Excellent communication skills: a native English speaker is preferred, and the ability to speak Chinese is a plus;
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
