- Coordinate dealer Sale/ Aftersales/ Technical training needs with development & delivery
- Plan training capacity & program delivery.
- Coordinate Training resource both internal & external
- Develop, implement, & sustain Training Reward & Recognition program
- Develop trainer competency level, both internal &external trainers to meet company brand standards
- Develop e-learning strategy
- Monitor & feedback dealer training requirements with regional team regarding dealer performance improvement programs
- Overall training budget control & management

Solid dealer retail knowledge
Familiar with aftersales/technical operation
At least 5 years from automotive operations.
Minimum 2 years training manager or training operation background in OEM, either sales or technical
Bachelor’s degree or above in business management or related major
