What will I be doing?
As an Associate Consultant or Consultant, one of your main tasks is to support your team leader on market research, candidate sourcing and qualifying for our clients. Another key task is that you will be trained as 360 degree consultant to take in charge of the full cycle of recruitment process, also including business development, candidate management and client management.
We are looking for:
Candidates who are enthusiastic about recruiting, either having 1 - 2 years working in recruitment sector as a Researcher or Associate Consultant or with sales and business development experience in other industries.
A team player with outstanding communication skill.
Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure
Good spoken and written English skills.
