1.和顾问一起理解职位职责描述和客户需求, 明确访寻方向和目标, 并进行人才访寻及电话面试
Collect and screen resume according to job specifications and requirements from clients, make call interview;
2.与潜在候选人进行深入沟通,并分析把握候选人与客户职位的匹配程度;
Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates to match job specifications and requirements.
3.通过各种渠道访寻候选人,获得候选人信息和简历, 维护并拓展候选人资料库
Search candidates with effective sourcing channels, extend the information of the candidates and update the data-pool of CVs
4.与候选人初步沟通职位信息,了解候选人的想法,将合适的候选人推荐给顾问
Describe the job opportunity to candidates and present the profile to the consultant to build up the short list for further assess;
5.帮助顾问整理报告和安排各种时间表
Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets set and arrange the task schedule;
6.保持行业情况和信息的更新,提供潜在业务拓展信息;
Collect and monitor industry statistics and follow trends to support new business seeking.
1. The prerequisite is that the candidate must ensure full time work (Intern at least 3 days/week) in the timeframe for at least 2-3 months. Fresh graduates are welcome.

2.良好的中英文沟通能力;
Fluent in Mandarin and English;
