岗位职责:
1. 拓展业务渠道,开发客户源,寻找具有发展潜力的合作伙伴;
2. 提供优质的商业地产咨询服务,保持良好的客户关系;
3. 分析市场架构,挖掘市场需求;
4. 定期调研并撰写写字楼市场报告、项目分析报告等;
5. 代表租户与业主对租赁合同相关条款进行全面谈判,以达到租户利益的最大化。
Responsibilities:
1.Secure new and expanded business opportunities,seeking potencial clients;
2.Provide professional consultancy service,maintain relationship with clients;
3.Analyzes market conditions and mining demands;
4.Conduct regular research and writing reports on office market and project analysis;
Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons;
5. Participate in contract negotiations for the maximum of clients' benefit.
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,国内外知名大学毕业生优先;
2. 优秀的英文听说读写能力;
3. 熟练的办公软件操作技能;
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、人际交往能力及谈判技巧;
5. 良好的服务意识和服务热情、团队合作精神,能承受高强度工作压力。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree,graduating from well-known colleges is prefered;
2.Fluency in both English and Mandarin;
3.Proficient computer skills of office softwares;
4.Excellent communication\interpersonal\negociation skills;
5.Understanding of business service\enthusiasm\teamwork, work under high pressure.
