岗位要求：
研究生及以上学历，规划、旅游、经济及房地产相关专业，英语六级以上；有房地产项目前期研究及策划执行实习经验优先；逻辑思维、表达能力及文案书写能力强。
Graduate degree or above; Planning, tourism, economics and real estate related professional; CET-6 or above; Having real estate project preliminary studyand planning experience in practice is preferred. Strong logical thinking, Language expression ability and writing skills.
岗位职责：
提供房地产专业顾问服务：包括房地产资产和投资管理组合策略、相关战略规划与产业研究，城市土地开发顾问，休闲旅游顾问，城市综合体，产业园区，交通枢纽和专项研究等；
To provide real estate professional advisory services, including Real Estate Assets and Investment Management Portfolio Strategy, Related strategic planning and industrial research, Urban Land Development Consultant, Leisure travel consultant, "urban complex", Industry Park, traffic hub and Specific researches and so on.
