Designed specifically to train candidates in the mastery of management techniques and help them attain real-world skills in a specific area of expertise, the DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield Management Trainee Program will launch their career and help them to quickly realize much of their potential over a 20+ months period. Successful candidates will be exposed to intensive tailor-made training as well as department rotation. During this they will receive on-going coaching and mentoring while working on real projects. Precious insight will be attained as they become an integral part of a leading team working alongside a diverse group of talented world-class professionals. Following the completion of the program, successful trainees will begin their rise to key positions and impactful roles within DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield.
