As a Customer Success Manager at TokBox, you will be a powerful advocate for our customers, owning and improving all stages of their life-cycle from on boarding through support.
With your technical acumen and personable communication skills, you will take an evidence-based approach to problem solving. Strategic thinking is a requirement, but please leave your monocle at home. The right candidate for this role prefers to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
Managing our support queue and answering direct customer inquiries. This includes frequently serving as an Account Manager for our largest enterprise customers and partners
Use your customer insights to drive improvements where they will have the greatest impact
Obtain, wrangle, and present data to make informed business decisions (much of this data will be from different sources, some of it you’ll curate from scratch)
Create technical content and documentation to demonstrate best practices and showcase new features
Work alongside engineers, PMs and designers to streamline internal and customer facing work flows (from on boarding, support, and through account cancellation)
Present to our management team to advocate for a great customer experience
The skills and experiences you’ll need
Ability to understand technical concepts and distil them down to layman terms
Be highly organized and collaborative; you will be working with numerous moving parts across the business
Strong working knowledge of SQL
Attention to detail for scale and resilience
Experience working in a fast paced environment
The ability to work with partners and team members in different geographic locations and time-zones
Bonus Points:
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API) and networking principles
Previous experience managing a CRM or helpdesk tool (Salesforce, ZenDesk, Desk.com, etc)
Experience with cloud based collaboration services, specifically around real time audio and video
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technology field
