-Design, implement, supervise and check market research projects.
-Be able to write market research report independently in Chinese or English.
-Assist project manager to make overall plans regarding the organization, coordination and implantation of Real estate research and consulting projects.
-Participate the real estate research and consulting projects---communicate with clients, report, follow up and adjust the relevant work according to the feedback.
-Assist the project manager to lead the team to complete project position and plan related work.
-Urban planning, civil engineering, economics, real estate development and other related bachelor degree or above, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, familiar with office software, good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-Have relevant real estate planning and consulting experience, be familiar with Zhejiang and ChangJiang delta district real estate market.
-Be able to organize and implement research and consulting programs independently.
-Have excellent ability in data collection and data analysis, active thinking and fluent writing.
-Good communication skills, strain capacity and team cooperation spirit. Have the courage to bear the pressure.
-Adapt to frequent business travel.
