My Mission:
- I generate and validate store’s P&L in monthly closing
- I generate and analyze financial report, review with store/regional directors to enable them make decisions
- I optimize stores’ internal control including cashing up & stock flow
- I validate investment request from stores to guarantee its profitability
- I guarantee accuracy of store’s bonus calculation
- I guarantee accuracy of store’s economic piloting of my region
- I follow budget in my region to make under control
- I review of cost ratios and give suggestions to stores to optimize
- I control and follow new store’s opening budget
- I develop skills to my business partner in order to make them autonomy
- I coordinate local tax relationship and monthly/yearly tax declaration
- I am responsible for my fiscal’s audit work
- I support store’s opening in terms of financial and tax part
