Summary:
The Digital Analytics Group is part of the Analytics and Insight division of MEC and works closely with the planning group to ensure success of online media efforts. The Manager of Digital Analytics oversees the Sr. Analysts to measure the performance of online campaigns, illustrates clients’ return on investment, and provides insights into improving performance. He/she utilizes various measurement tools and provides timely in-depth reporting, analysis and optimizing solutions. The Manager is expected to be an active participant on the business, consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients.
We are looking for a Manager of digital analytics to support the GoDaddy client. GoDaddy’s mission is to radically shift the global economy toward small businesses by empowering people to easily start, confidently grow and successfully run their own ventures. With approximately 13 million customers worldwide, GoDaddy gives small business owners the tools to name their idea, build a beautiful online presence, attract customers and manage their business. Detailed Description:
The Analytics Manager will lead one or more analysts to complete the various levels of work and provide strategic oversight of projects
Define measurement strategy, and infrastructure requirements to support high level business and measurement objectives and to drive digital media optimizations
Apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources (database, research and syndicated)
Provide functional expertise in database marketing, integrated channel marketing (including web), analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements
Work closely with client planning team to ensure relevant and high quality deliverables
Development of customized client reporting models
Statistical modeling knowledge such as regression and correlation analysis required
Create logical structures, clear storylines and conclusions
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics required
Experience in digital attribution, event-level analytics, and econometric modeling required
Working knowledge of database design, applications, and data flows desired.
Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and advanced knowledge with Excel (macros, VBA) and Access; SQL programming required
Knowledge of SAS is required
Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered
