What we need to see:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/EE or equivalent
-Strong software development background
-Independent and self-motivated
-Good communication skill
working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL
-Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Bootstrap, JS libraries jQuery and HTTP.
-Expert in latest web/UI development technology, tools and methodologies
-Extremely detail oriented. 
-Knowledge of cross browser issues.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills.
-Knowledge of Perl or Shell or Python is a plus 
-Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
